HurtsVPN Privacy Policy

HurtsVPN treats your digital privacy as a core priority. Our approach is simple: we do not collect records of your network activity, so we cannot share such records with anyone.

1. Zero Logs Policy

We do not record, store, or transfer:

  • Browsing history or app usage history
  • Your source IP address
  • DNS requests
  • Traffic or message content
  • Session start and end timestamps

2. Data We Collect (Minimum Required)

We collect only limited data required to operate the service:

  • Technical account data: user ID or email, used for sign-in and subscription management
  • Aggregated metrics: total transferred traffic (in bytes), not tied to specific actions
  • Optional diagnostics: de-identified crash reports without personal content (device type, OS version)

3. How We Use Data

This minimal information is used only for:

  • Providing access to servers (authorization)
  • Balancing server load and maintaining service quality
  • Technical support

4. Law Enforcement Requests

We comply with applicable laws in jurisdictions where we operate. At the same time, since we do not retain activity logs or source IP addresses, we cannot provide data linking a specific user to specific network activity, even when a formal legal request is received.

5. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, Apple Pay, Google Pay, crypto providers, and others). Payment details are handled on their side. HurtsVPN does not store full bank card details.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not store personal browsing activity records, there is no stored history to erase. You can request account deletion at any time via @HurtsVpnBot.
